From assessment stage to having my first cataract operation done SpaMedica were fantastic in every way. Clean facilities, professional and reassuring staff from their fantastic porter who greets you to their surgeon, Cannot fault them and looking forward to getting my other eye done.

What to say without identifying anyone? The staff are diverse except in the respect that they are all absolutely wonderful. I was particularly impressed with what in hospitality would be called front of house.

From start to finish the service has been perfect. Appointments started on time. The team at Epsom are knowledgeable, caring and welcoming. Tests and procedures were explained at every stage and I had the chance to ask any questions. (although generally no need as everything had been explained) Highly recommended. Well done and thank you.

Very impressive clinic. bright and welcoming. Every step of the process explained clearly - all very professional. The surgery was quick and painless. Accompanying pamphlets answered all questions clearly. Final outcome was very successful-a great boost to relieving NHS waiting lists!

SpaMedica is amazing the staff are so pleasant nothing is too much trouble I had a cataract procedure done the other eye will be done when possible and I will look forward to my next procedure knowing I will be in such good hands with such caring staff thankyou all so very much

I was extremely impressed by the quick and efficient service for all aspects of my treatment from the initial assessment to the actual procedure to remove my cataract. The staff were all pleasant and explained everthing to me as they proceeded through the whole process. The time taken from my first referral to the completed procedure was just a matter of a few weeks, which was amazing.

I had my eye operation on 19th July at SpaMedica Epsom. The staff as always were amazing, the Managers put everyone at their ease, talking us through what would happen as first timers, and how long the operation would take. The time waiting for the drops to take effect took longer than the actual operation. The Surgeon and Staff in Theatre were amazing, the Surgeon talk me through everything she was doing during the operation, I felt very much at ease. After the Operation, which was extremely quick I was looked after by caring staff, who answered all my questions, and put me at my ease. The Reception staff were also friendly, efficient and welcoming. I am looking forward to my next visit to get my other eye sorted out. Thank you again all the Team at SpaMedica.

I had two cataract operations performed at SpaMedica Epsom over a four month period around Summer holidays in June and September and was delighted by the way I was looked after.I was made to feel very welcome by the excellent reception team who made sure I wasn’t thirsty during my visit and the excellent clinical team with their detailed explanations of what I could or could not do during the period before final assessment - if only all hospital appointments were so pleasant an experience! I cannot speak more highly of the SpaMedica experience.
