From the moment I entered New Plan House through all the stages leading up to my surgery has been a positive experience. All the staff are so friendly, caring and very professional. I would recommend SpaMedica without hesitation. A very big thank you to all the wonderful team at SpaMedica.

Attended spa medica Epsom for a pre op assessment and was hugely disappointed with the outcome. Hoping to be referred to a local hospital for eye surgery now. Young, inexperienced staff lacked communication skills and failed to make an elderly, nervous patient relaxed whilst undergoing eye examination which included prodding/poking both eyes. This was extremely uncomfortable. Would have gladly welcomed excellent professional, experienced patient care. I was failed by this clinic!

Everyone at SpaMedica has been professional, efficient, but most of all friendly in dealing with me. My cataract operation has been a great success. I don't need to wear glasses anymore for distance. I actually look forward to have my other eye done. I can fully recommend SpaMedica Epsom.

I have had cataract surgery on both eyes at SpaMedica Epsom. I am extremely pleased with the rapid service, professional, caring and friendly staff, and above all the end result. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed, everything explained clearly as I was taken through the pre operative assessment and then the cataract surgery booked. Three weeks after my optician referred me to SpaMedica I had cataract surgery on my first eye, it was painless, very quick and the staff very reassuring. At the follow up appointment my second eye was booked in for surgery - which was later than I could have had it due to my holiday, but still only five weeks later. The second surgery was as expected and again the staff were wonderful. I no longer need glasses to drive, watch television etc. but now wear them to read. I cannot speak more highly of the team at SpaMedica.

My first visit to spa Medica in Epsom today. At 92 years of age, I have experienced several consultations at various hospitals, but this was the best experience ever. The staff were so friendly, helpful, efficient.-and filled me with confidence. my visit did not entail accommodation -therefore I cannot comment
