I can’t thank the staff and surgeon enough. They were absolutely so kind, helpful and considerate. Not only in the care they gave but in everything they did. I had a cataract removed and if that is how they treat such a simple procedure, roll on the next one.

I have recently had a cataract procedure successfully carried out at SpaMedica, Exeter and I am absolutely delighted with the result. What a wonderful service is provided at this practice. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed by a member of the team - everyone is so polite and most caring, making it such a relaxing experience for patients. All the nurses and the surgeon were first class making the whole experience totally stress free for patients. I would like to thank the entire team for all their care and kindness - you should be very proud of the amazing service that you provide.

I like meny patients arriving at SpaMedica near Exeter for an eye operation was feeling quite worried, But I needn’t have worried because from the kind gentleman that met at the entrance to the rest of the staf from the ophthhalmologists to the surgeon who did my eye operation could not have made me feel more at ease, Thank You SpaMedica

I have just had my 2nd cataract op,and I am really pleased. The staff were wonderful! Friendly, cheerful, efficient, and helpful. The clinic was spotless,and even though it was a “conveyor belt” system, it worked really, really well. I can’t praise SpaMedica enough. Two cataract ops in the space of just over 8 weeks, when I would have to wait 18 months(each eye), at my local hospital ! Thanks SpaMedica.

All the staff were professional,courteous, & very efficient, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. In and out in two hours with a whole new outlook on the world, cataract surgery is a no brainier. Thanks Mike M

Very conscientious, polite and caring. Professional advice, listening to concerns. Very well organised and efficient both for the pre-op and the operation itself. Appropriate humour alongside the practicalities. Good advice at the end. Care was taken throughout to explain everything. The charts explaining the process were both accessible and clear.

From start to finish this was a first class experience. This was my second cataract operation. There was a very short time between referral and being called for the pre-op assessment, and then an even shorter time before I had the actual operation. Throughout my visits I was treated with the utmost courtesy and care. I was most impressed with the quiet efficiency of the team. The calm atmosphere also greatly helped calm any nerves. Everything was explained most clearly and I have had no problems with my eyes since. I would just like to thank everyone involved.
