Wonderful service and staff.The whole visit took only 4 hours, andI was treated with respect and the utmost care possible. I will certainly return for my other cataract to be treated. Well done everyone at the Exeter establishment. Graham Bodman.

I had both cataracts done and the experience could not have been better. Not only were the staff so friendly and welcoming and the surgery now giving me perfect vision, but the various appointments were arranged so easily one after the other. As for recommending Spamedica to anyone else, I have already many times. Thank you for looking after us all so beautifully.

My cataract treatment was much better than expected. The staff at the hospital were friendly as well as being professional. I was pleased that the location was easy to find and the waiting time between assessment and surgery was only 7 working days. The only criticism is that my optician initially advised that the waiting time for a referral was about 3 months but it was actually 6 months. At my post op check up he said that the referral had got caught up in the system.

My initial contact was via telephone and the appointment was easy to make after a few questions. Similarly my assessment was conducted by all staff in a very professional manner. My experience today when my operation took place was equally professional. I was made at ease throughout by all the medical staff/ surgeon. I cannot praise them all highly enough

My optician recommended SpaMedica. I was apprehensive and a little nervous, but on my initial appointment and on my operational day with SpaMedica, I was treated with professional polite efficiency. From the first contact to operation then to post op briefing it was first class. Thankyou so much.

From referral to operation was less than two months, but from consultation to operation one week. The process was well organised, informative and calming, I felt supported throughout the whole experience with my concerns relieved and my sight is vastly improved. Excellent.

Had my initial appointment on Thursday 26-1-23 Had my surgery this morning Sunday 30-1-23 The staff here are amazing. From the reception team to the surgeon. They’re all so kind, helpful considerate & so friendly. I couldn’t have been looked after any better. Thank you all so much
