From the initial assessment through to my second cataract being removed I have nothing but praise for the team at SpaMedica. All the staff are very friendly and clearly aware that patients are going to very nervous, especially before their first procedure. (I was going to mention some the team whose names I noted but understand that would mean this review would not be published.) Many thanks.

Everyone was so nice, I felt in very good hands. Everything was explained about what would happen from start to finish. Painless and quick. this procedure has changed my life as I now see such colour in things.

A comfortable and very positive experience, not just once, but twice! Cataracts in both eyes sorted. Thanks to all the staff at Spa Medica … if I had another eye to be done I would certainly choose to come to you. Mick

From start to finish the treatment I received was excellent 2 weeks after being referred to SpaMedica I'd had my first cataract removed

I ve had both eyes done now. Although they had some difficulties with my deep set eyes, every care was taken. I am very satisfied with the results. Clinic is very well run with great communication, very efficient. Staff very professional and caring. Thank you.

I was very nervous about having my cataract procedure done. But from the second I walked in the door for my assessment last Tuesday I found all the staff to be caring and considerate. They all acted in a professional manner and explained the procedure in a way that reassured me. I got an appointment for the op on the following Saturday! Very prompt! So yesterday was my op day. Again all the staff put me at ease the second I walked in the door and I felt confident all would go well. It did! I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing! Yes it was a strange sensation but not even that unpleasant! After the op I was surprised that I could see almost immediately. The nurse then explained exactly how to look after my eye and supplied everything needed. It's the day after now and I can see very well. Colour and sharpness has improved a lot and I'm sure it will improve further. It's like having a thick yellow net curtain removed from in front of your eye. Thanks to all involved yesterday, you are all true professionals, at all times I felt in safe hands.

Very efficient,friendly welcome by staff, all courteous and knowledgeable. Helpful booklet with accurate details. Eye drops chart very helpful in keeping on course with drops. Modern, well organised department. Would not hesitate to recommend SpaMedica. Well done.

I can honestly say that my 2 experiences with SpaMedica have been more than acceptable. The care and professionalism is beyond doubt. I had to take advantage of the transport and must commend the skill and care given by the driver on each occasion. I must thank all clinic staff and the driver for their dedication.
