Nice welcome with offer of hot drink. All staff very professional, kind and thoughtful with procedure taking about 10 minutes. Premises were spotless.

I was absolutely terrified when I went for my 1st Op Absolutely wonderful staff and experience....put you at complete ease and every detail. Couldnt wait to get my other eye done.....and my appoiintment was so quick. Was wonderful having the same surgeon too

Clean, tidy, very friendly staff at all levels, easy to find, free carparking and you even get offered tea & biscuits! The whole experience was so much better than expected, and quick too. Pain-free. I can now see so much better.

Staff and facilities made the experience very smooth and efficient. Each step of the procedure was fully explained and well documented before hand. The nurses were attentive and comforting as well as the surgeon

Overall a great experience. I was so well cared for from start to finish. Very polite and caring people and I could not wish for anything more. I was very apprehensive at first but now have no worries about returning for the other eye to be treated. Thank you so much.
