From my assessment through to surgery the care and attention was great. All the staff from being greeted at the door,all the nurses, the surgeon and the people on reception were kind ,caring and reassuring. I was extremely nervous about anything to do with my eyes and all the staff put me at ease including the surgeon. Someone even held my hand during the surgery. Thank you all. I really won't worry when I have to have surgery on the other eye.

I was so nervous but the staff all put me at ease, were very attentive and the actual operation was a great success and totally not what I was expecting. They talked me through every stage which was so reassuring and I'm delighted that I can now see more clearly

As a nervous patient,my experience was made seemless by efficiency, care, expertise and consideration. I was genuinely amazed by the speed and, for my part, ease of the operation. I could not recommend this facility and it's staff highly enough. Many thanks

On behalf of my wife, who was extremely frightened of surgery, the Staff were excellent. Everything was done to ease her fears, & had a successful procedure. Can't praise the staff enough.

From referral to procedure. Very quick and efficient. All staff were pleasant and friendly whilst maintaining a professional standard. All questions were answered with a good depth of knowledge. All areas including waiting and clinical were clean.

As an extremely nervous patient, the whole team went above and beyond to put me at ease. They explained everything, everyone was so kind, compassionate and caring. The surgeon was so skilled and talked to me throughout which was a great comfort. Cannot recommend Spa Medica highly enough.

I can only say the whole procedure was highly efficient but very relaxed, all staff were friendly, calm, and confident, and great care was taken to explain to me all that was and would be happening. I had both eyes treated over two appointments and on both occasions the approach and treatment by all staff was the same and I am full of gratitude and praise for your service.
