The whole process is very well organised, from being greeted at the door on arrival to being seen out at the end. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, I felt reassured at every stage. Both of my eyes have been done now and the results are amazing. After being on the borderline for driving with glasses, I am now driving without glasses.

I was very nervous of my eye surgery but I was proved wrong. The staff were brilliant, the doctors kind and reassuring. Can't wait to get my second eye done

Had my first cataract done in May, from arriving to leaving the whole process took around 90 minutes with the operation itself taking about 10 minutes. From being greeted at the door to leaving all the staff were very friendly. My second cataract was removed last Friday 14th June again no complaints about the staff. The only criticism I have would be my appointment time was 12.40, I was taken through around 12.50 to be admitted and the drops put in my eye. I then sat in the waiting room until 14.30 before being taken for the operation, this was because the theatre staff were on their lunch break. Not sure why I had to be there that early. Apart from that the service was excellent

I had cataract surgery on one eye today i found this clinic which is newly built, to be immaculately clean and does not seem like a hospital environment, the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is an extremely quick turnaround as well. 100% would recommend.

Fabulous staff when entering during and leaving the practise. So very friendly and caring nothing was too much trouble. Made my elderly mum at ease all the time highly recommend

I can't believe I'm sitting here less than 3 weeks (16days actually) after my referral visit to the optician, with my first cataract operation over and already much improved vision. The first visit to Spa was very welcoming and supportive, the operation appointment the same. From the door staff right through to the medical staff all very friendly and welcoming (although I'm a grumpy old beggar). Even the actual surgeon comes to explain the procedure and have a chat prior to the op. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Great practice, lovely staff I was well looked after. I arrived and greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door who took my details and showed me to correct department. I was well looked after my surgery.

The facilities and staff were excellent and I cannot fault ant aspect of this. However my relative's procedure could not go ahead due a recent heart operation. Considering that everything is now digital and patient's records and medical history are for all to see, I feel that the relevant agencies need better communication with each other to prevent a wasted journey. When booking this procedure in, it should have been evident at the onset that it would not have been possible for the procedure to commence before a specific date. A very basic and frustrating error that could have been so easily avoided. Like to say, staff and facilities are excellent - bureaucracy and attention to other details - medical history need to be addressed. Thanks

From beginning to end I have nothing but the utmost praise for the hospital, staff and service. The greeting on the door is warm and welcoming and everyone we dealt with from there was helpful and patient and did their very best to put a very anxious lady at her ease. The assessment appointment was very thorough with everything explained clearly and precisely so that I knew exactly what to expect on the day itself. Surgery day was over and done in 90 minutes, I couldn’t believe how quick it was, especially the operation itself which was less than 10 minutes! I was dreading everything about it but there was absolutely no need, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. My sincere thanks to all involved
