excellent service and care from my 1st visit to my operation, i found every member of staff i come into contact with very friendly from the staff on the door , the receptionists to the nurses and surgeons. they have free tea, coffee and biscuits. you can't fault the professional service that haydock clinic provides. would very highly recommend to family and friends

Fantastic care given from first arriving to leaving the building. Constant attention to detail, care first class. I couldn't believe how quickly the removal of my cataract was and didn’t feel any discomfort. I was nervous but was soon but at ease. I need my other eye done and will definitely use Spamedica Haydock. Thank you all

Care and attention to detail could not be faulted. Excellent service highly recommended. 2nd cataract removed , friendly professional staff. Felt at ease throughout. Thank you so much for the care you provided throughout my treatment.

I was a bit apprehensive prior to having my cataract op. The staff at Spamedica couldn't have been kinder, they were all very professional and caring from arrival to when I was discharged. The surgeon was very reassuring and explained the procedure. I'd recommend this facility. Many thanks

Treated with warmth, friendliness and respect by every single staff member. The whole process was as painless as could be hoped for; it shows what can be done. As enjoyable an experience as a minor operation can be; wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I found all the staff at SpaMedica Haydock to be very professional and friendly both at the pre operative assessment and the day of surgery. I was reassured by every member of staff I came into contact with. The facilities were also excellent - very modern and clean with state of the art equipment. This all led to a very comfortable and reassuring patient journey.

Second visit to have right eye cataract removed after left eye 6 weeks earlier and very welcoming experience on both occasions. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent treatment by all, really put at ease, would recommend clinic 100%

From walking into the building of SpaMedica in Haydock to leaving, from the greeting to the goodbye after the op, it was just a superb experience. The gentleman at the door, immaculately dressed, and very helpful and reassuring was a gem. I was the last in on the day so was watching people come out who had already had the op and they were all smiling so I could feel my nerves calming. Nurses were warm and funny while also very professional ( Lovely people ) and the surgeon who performed my op was very reassuring & skillful and kind. At the end of the working day all the staff were still smiling. There was no pain and I can now see better out of the eye I had the cataract removed from. I will need my other eye doing and I have no qualms about visiting the same SpaMedica in Haydock to have it done. No fears or nerves now after already having it done. The premises were spotlessly clean, tea and coffee & water is available as well as biscuits (Inc wheat free ) I would advise SpaMedica Haydock to anyone needing cataract surgery. Thank you SpaMedica Haydock.

I attended on 5 August to have the second cataract removed after having had the first one done in June 2024. On both occasions I was very impressed by the friendly and courteous and very efficient staff. The whole experience was very straightforward and I would encourage others needing cataract removal to visit SpaMedica Haydock.
