From start to finish every one of the staff went above and beyond to reassure me.I had my Cataract removed yesterday and I feel very happy with the result.I will certainly recommend this SpaMedica at Haydock. Thank you

Very Friendly and efficient , everyone put you at ease. From the person you met at the door, the receptionist and all the staff in the operating room, could not fault anyone, excellent hospital.

Throughout the procedure at every stage everyone was friendly, polite and professional. If you are needing a cataract removal I highly recommend this hospital.

A unbelievable fantastic experience. The care and considerate treatment from all the staff was second to none. From gentleman who greeted me at the door, the reception staff right through to the nursing staff, theatre staff and surgeons, I cannot praise them highly enough.

Just a thank you for the wonderful care the staff provided during my visits. From the gents on the reception right through all the staff members medical or otherwise. Everyone was warm caring and looked after me really well xx

A warm and friendly greeting by all the staff and kept fully informed about the procedure at every step. Also accompanied from the entrance and to the exit. Immaculately clean. Can highly recommend.

I approached this appointment with some nervousness but was immediately put at my ease by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff I came into contact with. The procedure was carried out exactly as planned and followed the information I had been given beforehand. I can now look forward to a successful recovery and outcome from the procedure.

I was looked after as soon as I arrived for my appointment from the very start by the lovely gentleman at the door Every one involved receptionist, nurses and the surgeon made me feel at ease The actual surgery was no problem at all . I would definitely recommend this practice Thank you to all concerned Angela

All staff were excellent from the reception staff, desk staff, nurses and surgeons. The operation was painless and they were reassuring continuously.
