This clinic is fairly new. Easy to find with good parking. Staff very friendly and efficient. Waiting time for my treatment very short and treatment very good.

I felt a bit uneasy when I arrived as I had To go on my own, the gentleman on the door made me feel at ease straight away. The Dr and nurses were very approachable. The procedure seems to be over and done in ten minutes. They also looked after me after the procedure bring me tea and biscuits while I sat for an hour to see if I was ok. I would highly recommend spamedica to all of my friends and family.

From start to finish, all the staff were helpful, warm, assuring and very professional. From the lovely Gentlemen on the door. To the brilliant nursing staff. The staff put me at my ease. Would highly recommend.

I had my 1st cataract operation yesterday I would like to thank all the staff who look a after patients so well.I was immediately put at ease throughout and well cared for..the dedicated staff are a credit to the hospital.many thanks

I came with my mum to have her eye done, the staff were lovely and put her at ease. The whole service is very efficient. Free tea and biscuits are an added bonus

My 1st operation was in Skelmersdale which was 1st class and my second one was transferred to Haydock the day before my second appointment (ironically on my birthday),which suited me fine as we only live 10-15 minutes away. Staffing absolutely tremendous and made me feel so much at ease. They sang 'Happy Birthday' after the operation and celebrated with coffee and biscuits. I highly recommend SpaMedica to any and everyone with an eye problem. Many thanks and my appreciation for the service given to me.

i had my left eye done at skelmersdale & was booked to have right eye done but due to a problem at that clinic i was transferred to haydock who took excellent care of me .From going to specsavers to having both eyes done just 7 weeks

Aug 2024. Site wouldn't accept this date. From being greeted at the door, through reception, meeting the nurse and theatre staff, into the theatre where the young registrar was outstanding and finally to the discharge nurse. The whole process was seamless, friendly and professional. The surgery itself was painless. In fact, I can't wait to get my 2nd eye done. Everyone went above and beyond my highest expectations
