The Hull SpaMedica was a very welcoming Clinic, all the staff were very friendly and this gives you assurance when you are going to undergo a medical procedure. The service I received from being assessed to undergoing treatment was done in a very quick and expedient manner. The Clinic is a top quality building, being spotlessly clean, is well organised, with clear signage throughout the clinic. From being greeted by the security man on the door, booking in at the reception, to being taken care of by the medical staff is very professional Keep up the great work you do and it’s a no brainer to recommend you to my family and friends thank you

I had my first cataract removed Xmas week. I was slightly anxious about the unknown, but I had no need to be. Everything went as planned. Yesterday, Valentine’s Day I had my second eye done. I felt very at ease throughout. The results are amazing and I would recommend Spa Medica to anyone that needs this operation. Not having to wait months for an appointment made such a difference as well. There was also a nice touch on leaving for home, patients were presented with a red rose!!! Thankyou.

The treatment you got from the first min you walked into the practice was first class. You were put at ease by all the staff throughout the time you spent there. I can not praise them high enough,

The staff are very friendly and efficient and put you at ease from the minute you arrive. I didn't feel any pain at all but could see very bright pink and blue lights. The actual operation only lasted about seven minutes too. I felt very cared for and now await my other eye being done without too much anxiety. Highly recommended Spa Medica, Willerby.

appointment was for a Cataract surgery. the assessment was brilliant and very informative in relation to the Surgery. everyone was very professional from the reception staff to the the Surgery staff , made me feel at ease and very helpful. i would totally recommend them and i was 100% happy with my operation . the after operation care and information was first class

The staff are very friendly and efficient and put you at ease from the minute you arrive. Didn't have to wait long for appointment like you would at hospital only 2 weeks wait. I didn't feel any pain at all. The actual operation only lasted about seven minutes too. I felt very cared for and now await my other eye being done without too much anxiety. Also you get free tea and coffee facilities brilliant service.

Having just had both eyes corrected at the SpaMedic Centre in Hull, I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for all of the staff for how things are conducted from the introduction to the completion of the procedures. The professionalism is superb. Having a little trepidation at the start of the journey to complete comfort the whole time including the post-op I am still amazed at the incredible benefits I am experiencing. In a nutshell unbelievable. Thank you is hardly sufficient to cover my praise and thoughts on everything that happened via the Spa Medic Hull and to anyone considering this type of cataract operation then this centre is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. My best regards and thanks to all at Spa Medica. K R Sims

I have had both eyes “fixed” and from the minute you walk through the doors to the moment you leave everything and everyone is totally professional, kind and caring. I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone needing a cataract operation. First class
