I was very pleased with the results of my first cataract surgery. Vision improved tremendously. Looking forward to having the next one done soon, so I can get new reading glasses

Couldn’t have been more helpful , reassuring and very professional in all departments , was apprehensive about the procedure but the staff puts you at ease from the door man to the skills of the surgeon

From beginning to end the service was brilliant. I was picked up by your transport (the driver was excellent) and everyone was kind, helpful and reassuring. The building was clean and the service so efficient and organised. Everywhere I was greeted by a reassuring smile. Thank you everyone at Spa Medica Hull. A first class service! I’ll be back soon for my 2nd cataract. Xx

I was understandably apprehensive about the procedure but I was looked after so well from start to finish and I really felt I was in good hands. Every person I came in contact with was really friendly and professional and it was a very positive experience.

I have never received such wonderful hospitality from any other medical establishment. I was offered copious amounts of coffee and biscuits from every member of staff that I came into contact with, from the medical team to the receptionists. However, due to nerves and suffering from “White Coat Syndrome” I had to refuse all hospitality on offer. However my fears of cataract surgery soon disappeared once I was in the capable hands of the medical team, who put me at ease. Therefore, now having surgery completed on both of my eyes I would some day like to pop into the eye clinic and have a biscuit and cup of coffee with the staff and thank them personally. For a nervous wimp such as myself I am thankful that God only decided to supply me with two eyes and not three. But if the latter had been the case, then I would be making my way back to SpaMedica in Hull. Thank You

All reception staff, nurses and theatre staff were brilliant. I can’t thank them enough. There are comfortable chairs in waiting areas, and the areas were clean and tidy. I can highly recommend SpaMedica Hull I can highly recommend SpaMedica Hull.

Short waiting which stuck to or was less than advised time. Friendly staff. Good examination equipment. Pleasant waiting areas. Cataract removal brilliant.

Had my second cataract done and as with my first, I have nothing but praise for all the staff working at SpaMedica Hull. From the minute you enter the building, the staff are polite, helpful, caring and reassuring.

Very impressed with the speed of response to my optometrists request for surgery. A total time of 2 weeks & 2 days to completing my surgery. The staff were excellent & I would definitely recommend SpaMedica to anyone.

Had my second cataract done this morning and as with my first, I have nothing but praise for all the staff working at SpaMedica Hull. From the minute you enter the building, (which the cleaning staff ensure is kept spotlessly clean), the staff are so polite, so helpful and so caring. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing cataract surgery.
