The treatment I received at Spa Medica Hassocks was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and welcomimg. All the staff from the person who booked me in up to the surgeon were very professional. The actual operation was over very quickly and I was comfortable for the whole time. The surgeon was very reassuring.

As I said in my review for the first eye, everyone involved, from the greeter at the door, reception staff, nurses, and surgeon are brilliant. I went in for my second eye 5 weeks to the day after my first one, expecting it to be the same afterwards. It was the same surgeon and mostly the same support staff, the only difference was that the recovery was even better !!! I left the Hull clinic at 10.00 and by teatime, it was hard to tell that I'd had anything done. How they can operate on your eye with this result is amazing. Colours are so much brighter and clearer, and my vision is so much better, even though the prescription is now wrong until I can get an eye test done after 4 weeks. Brilliant service, combined with amazing staff.

Made to feel welcome on arrival, reception porters very polite. Reception staff helpful, full of smiles, nothing was too much trouble. All medical staff put me at ease and explained every question I asked. The treatment was prompt and efficient and very effective. I would definitely recommend Spa Medica.

I was made to feel calm, everything was explained to me in fine detail. I knew exactly what was going to happen. the next day my eye felt sore and gritty but by day 2 I felt absolutely fine, with no problems at all. I did find I had to wear dark glasses if I went outside but that didn't cause any problem to me. In all I am extremely happy with my treatment.

I had cateract surgery and i have to say the whole experience was excellent, i can't praise the staff enough. Everyone was so professional helpfull and kind nothing was too much trouble. On arrival i was quite nervous but i very quickly realised there was no need to be as the reassurance from the staff made me feel very relaxed. The result from my surgery is better than i could imagine and a big thankyou to the surgeon who carried out the procedure and i am now looking forward to my other eye being done. So thankyou everyone.

Excellent all round!! I got fantastic care and the staff were very professional and friendly. The practice was very easy to locate and had superb facilities car parking was very easy

No problems. Everything explained really well and the staff were very attentive. Everything was clean and offered tea and biscuits frequently.

Within 2 weeks of opticians referral. I had my first cataract operation at Hull Spamedica. On first arrival for my pre op assessment I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place and parking facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Waiting time was short and comfortable. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was given easy to read literature. A week after the pre op I had the cataract removed. Again I have no complaints. It was a smooth process with helpful friendly staff and clinicians. Thank you everyone.
