The clinic was very efficiently run. Really friendly, caring staff who made sure everyone was well looked after. The whole procedure took just over an hour and I was very comfortable throughout. After care instructions were very clear.

From being greeted at the door and having my details confirmed all of the staff at various stages of the treatment were helpful, pleasant and totally professional. This made me feel relaxed and comfortable in an environment previously alien to me. All procedures were described perfectly and the overall experience was totally positive in every aspect. Thank you.

I have just had my 1st cataract op& all the staff at Spa médica we’re fantastic.I was very nervous but was made so welcome & from start to finish it was profesional & very friendly.

I’ve now had cataracts removed and replaced in both eyes. Throughout, my experience has been excellent. Three visits, one for assessment and two for surgery. All completed over a period of just under two months. The staff are very professional, know what they are doing and treat you with care and kindness. I would like to congratulate everyone at Spa Medica for the excellent work that they do.

From referral to discharge, for cataract treatment for both my eyes, my experience of Spa Medica, Kendal has been excellent. The system deals admirably with what must seem as an endless demographic of cataract sufferers The staff perform their various roles and tasks methodically and effectively yet never lose the personal touch. I am exceedingly grateful to them all for their expertise and kind treatment

My first cataract op was painless throughout. My second op ( different surgeon) hurt a lot. Too little anaesthetic maybe?
