Just had my 2nd eye cataract surgery, and again the Staff and Surgeon were efficient and caring. I am overjoyed with the difference this Surgery has made to my vision and would recommend anyone to have it done. SpaMedica I cannot thank you enough.

Pleasant, friendly and very professional. Every stage of the process was explained to me and my worries turned out to be unfounded. The surgery was quickly and competently carried out by professional staff and I was made to feel at ease. Can't wait to have the same treatment on my other eye.

All the staff on each of my tree visits were welcoming, helpful and kind. The procedure was made straightforward and explained well. I had no discomfort and was well looked after at all stages. The treatment or cataracts in both eyes was excellent and effective. Many, many thanks to you all.

The whole experience at Spa Medica Kendal was very professional. Very helpful friendly professional staff. A very efficient service . I was put at ease from the very first pre op assessment until my final discharge. Would certainly recommend ! My eye sight on my operated eye is now fantastic! Thanks to all Concerned.

To have good sight because of the skilled eye surgeons, gives a feeling of gratitude – thank you so much. Cataract operations can seem daunting before experience of them; however my experience proves they do not hurt at all giving positive wonderful results. Thanks to all at SpaMedica Kendal. Moira

From entering SpaMedica I was greeted by an extremely warm welcome from every member of staff. I was guided and given full instructions as to what my appointment entailed by the most pleasant and very helpful members of staff. I would not hesitate to recommend anybody who needed to have their care at SpaMedica Kendal.

Extremely efficient service from entering to leaving. I was welcomed at the door on both occasions. My pre op process was clear well organised and informative. On the day of my operation I was at ease every stage and pist op and discharge were great

I already had a cataract procedure a few weeks before undergoing the same procedure. As the first procedure had gone so well I was concerned that the second may not be as successful as the first. I am pleased to say it went just as well. The whole setup at SpaMedica is a friendly competent setup from initial booking right through to completion of the treatment.

I recently had cataract surgery and was extremely anxious about the procedure. However I found all the nurses, staff and clinical staff were very professional but also very reassuring with a "human touch" which eased my fears and made the whole process a lot less scary. Thank you to everyone at the Kendal Clinic. I really appreciated your kindness and understanding.

From being referred to having the cateract removed was around two months which greatly exceeded my expectations. All staff were courteous and each process was carried out efficiently. I was well informed of what to expect and the surgeon explained what he was about to do during the procedure. Whilst you are part of a production line this did not detract from the experience. If I had a criticism it would be that the brown coloured liquid that was allegedly coffee could be improved upon...but that said at least I was offered a beverage.
