From the first appointment to my surgery I was treat with care and utmost respect by all the staff at Spa Medica. Procedures were clearly explained in a language that was easy to understand and jargon free. All questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. My surgeon fully explained the procedure he was to undertake and his gentle humour made a very nervous lady feel much more at ease and confident. The following day Spa Medica contacted me enquiring about my health and well being which I felt was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit and the conclusion of my treatment. Thank you to all concerned at Spa Medica Leeds

as a very nervous patient from my assessment right through to surgery each person kept me abreast of what to expect in a very professional and friendly manner which made me very relaxed

The service from spa médica from start to finish was fantastic, every member of the team was supportive and friendly. They made you feel at ease throughout the whole time I was there.

From initial referral to final appointment SpaMedica proved to be highly efficient. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout despite effects of extraneous issues (fire alarms). Whole process carried out as quickly and efficiently as can be expected. Patients had nothing but praise for SpaMedica, comparing it favourably to private health care.

I was referred to this clinic by my optician and from start to finish I cannot fault anyone, all staff were extremely polite and the service second to none.

From opticians referral to cataract surgery was 12 days, including assessment. Welcoming staff who explained everything from first visit to discharge, made to feel very welcome. Appointment 8.30, arrived around 8.20, ready for discharge 9.50, quick but not rushed , surgeon discussed my problems but we overcome them, now awaiting the second operation. Would definitely recommend SpaMedica Leeds

During my assessment appointment I found my self put and ease and everything was explained to me in great details all the staff were very helpful and polite. I was offered an appointment for my procedure on the day of my assessment and I am very happy to say that my procedure for my cataract removal was performed on Friday 21/4/2023. I was extremely happy with the way I was treated during the procedure all the staff were kind and considerate of my feelings regarding the procedure and my after care prior to discharge home was excellent. I would no worries about attending the clinic again for further care in the future. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for their help and kindness putting me at ease during my two visits to the clinic.

Excellent both on the first eye and then again on the second eye, couldn't have had better care. Had a slight problem after the first eye but I had such good care it didn't put me off getting the second eye done.
