From the first assessment day through to my surgery, I could not fault the manner, the courtesy and the professionalism of all the staff. I felt supported and reassured in a clean and efficient setting. Thank you !!!

Totally amazing service. From being referred by my optician, to having a cataract removed was just under a month. All the staff were very professional friendly and reassuring. They really have thought of everything, all the other patients I met thought likewise. Could not fault it and would highly recommend They took all my fears of having a cataract removed away. Thank you all at Spamedica.

Just had my second eye done. From referral to discharge everything went like clockwork. Both eyes done in 6 weeks from referral. Every single person I came into contact went out of there way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you everyone I can now see perfectly

Feeling anxious about my cataract operation, I was immediately put at ease. The atmosphere was quiet and calming. A cup of tea was made for me in the waiting room. Procedures at every stage were explained and administered with great care and kindness. My operation was painless and the whole team looked after me well. I was gently led to another room where my post operative care was clearly explained and I was taken to my waiting husband. The receptionist ordered a taxi home for us and escorted us into the lift where we were able to sit down and await out taxi. I would highly recommend SpaMed to anyone requiring cataract surgery. Every single member of the team were caring, kind, gentle, proficient and professional both on the day of my surgery and on the day of my assessment 11 days previously. I thank them all most sincerely.

A very professional team of people who make you feel at ease from the first assessment all the way up until the discharge after the actual procedure. The procedure itself was quite painless and very swift. In and out of theatre within 20 minutes. The difference with my eyesight is amazing. A big thank you to everyone.

Great facilities,efficient, friendly and welcoming staff. The procedure was well explained and any discomfort was kept to a minimum.Within a couple of hours I am astounded at the difference in the brightness and colour I am experiencing!

Very professional and efficient from meet and greet to theatre staff. Friendly, approachable and reassuring throughout. Great explanations of all procedures. As a result a relaxing atmosphere with patients chatting to each other during the short waiting periods.
