From my pre assessment to my first eye surgery I was made to feel comfortable & given advise every step of the way, looks ng forward to having surgery on my other eye.

The staff were extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease all times. The procedure was a lot better than expected the staff took anyway any worries/concerns I had. They could not do enough for me

I was very nervous but there was no need the staff put me at ease and everything was explained every step of the way.there is no pain and the surgery is very quick.A big thankyou to everyone.

Each and every member of staff were brilliant.very informative.most relaxing atmosphere. Always someone on hand to help and advise. Made you feel at ease cannot praise you all enough.from administration, staff and surgeon. Just brilliant thank you.

Everyone I was in contact with were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable which had a calming effect to the patient. Good, pleasant surroundings with good parking facilities.

I am amazed how clear I can see after only 5 days and it’s all thanks to the wonderful professional individuals at Spa Medica Leeds. From walking in for my assessment to leaving after my procedure I felt calm, welcomed and safe. Every single person was polite, caring and they actually were happy to give me the best possible outcome. I cannot praise them enough. I have to go back for my second eye doing and I am not worried at all. My operation was totally pain free in fact the surgeon was singing to the music and I was tapping along to it and I was gobsmacked when he said I was finished. Thank you everyone you are marvellous.
