Very professional in the staff made very relaxed and explained what the procedure that l was going to encounter. All the rooms and toilets was very clean.

From pre assessment to the day of surgery was very quick and professionally completed. The practice was spotless.Everyone was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The surgery procedure was explained to me beforehand and was over very quickly, The after care was explained and a lot of information given, my eyesight has improved immensely, I would highly recommend this practice.

businesslike , polite, friendly, just as a prewar dinosaur like myself expects. My date of birth is now indelibly printed on my mind! Waiting time seems drawn out but suspect this is to allow time for annasthetic to take effect.

Arriving there found the place imacualate,friendly efficient staff put you at ease,i was offered a drink as soon as i got there,and a lockable locker provided for my coat,the building is easy to find and ample spaces for your driver to park,well done the nurses and the surgeon.

Second visit to the clinic for my cataract procedure. As on the previous visit the process was well organised and professional. All staff friendly and extremely professional. Treated as a person rather than a number on a patient list. Location so accessible and really not like a hospital setting which helped with white coat syndrome!! Everything happened as expected and described in the pre appointment information. Excellent.

I have had both eyes done over the last 8weeks and I cannot fault anything about the whole process. Wonderful staff who made me feel at ease and every thing explained to me and was cared for from start to finish . Already my new vision is great . Well done to the Leeds Clinic.

Was wary of having cataract surgery as never had any op before. I needn't have worried. Was put at ease from the initial assessment to walking out after the op. Lovely friendly staff put you ease every step of the way. The op itself was explained & all went like clockwork. After wearing glasses/lenses since I was 10 I can now see without.
