All the people at the practice were very helpful. If I had questions, answers were given straightaway. Very clean and efficient place to go.

This operation was for my husband who has Alzheimers everyone at the clinic was wonderful very helpful and understanding, letting me be with him during the eye surgery

Visited Leeds branch pre operation and Bradford for cataract surgery. From start to finish found everyone exceptional. Friendly, professional and caring. Cannot recommend them enough. Time from been referred to op was quick. Thank you.

I attended SPAMedica with my elderly mother on two occasions to have a procedure carried out The staff were very pleasant on arrival and very efficient as soon as we walked into the reception Following some routine checks with my mother , she was taken into an area where the procedure would take place whist I waited in reception The staff were very attentive and made my anxious mother very relaxed as she was unsure on what the procedure entailed Once she was brought back into reception she was so relaxed and over the moon with a simple procedure with no pain during or following the treatment We were both offered a warm drink and biscuits and allowed to leave approximately an hour after arrival I was so impressed with the whole time we were at Spa medica . Really amazing the amount of patients dealt with on a daily basis. The environment was spotlessly clean , waiting times minimal and procedure very smooth Thank you to all the staff involved for improving my mother’s sight , keep up the fantastic work, a much more pleasant environment to a hospital waiting room

Both the initial assessment (both eyes) & the surgery on my right eye went very smoothly. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Both visits went very smoothly - I was made to feel cared for. My only regret is that it’s necessary now to have this surgery done at a private clinic and not in an NHS hospital - the waiting times for the latter are indefinite as a result of under funding. I know that this procedure will have cost the NHS far more than if their own resources were available.

Had cataract surgery on 5/1/23, was so nervous,but everybody from, reception to nurses? to the guy that looked after me before going into theatre, were so friendly and put me at ease, theatre staff were exceptional. I am so glad I chose spa medica for my surgery.

Congratulations to a super team, every person at Leeds we’re very friendly and professional,I was in and out in under 2 1/2 hours, the op it’s self took less than Ten Minutes, and I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank You.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Spa Medica in Leeds to friends and family. Everyone was so friendly and reassuring yet professional at all times. The procedure was painless and quick and I can see properly without glasses for the first time in over 60 years.
