Welcoming from reception to discharge. Considerate, efficient, attention to patient' s needs (pillow under knees for comfort), Very competent in all areas, caring, put the patient at ease through every stage.

I felt totally at ease during my visit and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The actual cataract operation on my left eye went very smoothly, and the surgeon took no more than 8 minutes to complete the procedure.

from the start to to the end it as been very professional by all the staff always with a smile on they faces which makes you feel at ease.The operation went well with no pain what so ever and the backup was also great. I am amazed what different it as made to my eye sight wish i could have the other eye done .Well done at Spa Medica at Bradford and Leeds And thank you

A very clean place.All the people I met from cleaners to consultant had a smile and a ice word.I had cataract it took no more than 20 minutes.I’d rather go there than dentists.

Everything about the facility is first rate. I was nervous about having my eyes prodded, but the staff looked after me. The only gripe I had was the length of time to get the pre assessment with SM. Nearly 9 months. Having pushed them on 3 occasions I was quickly seen. The cataract operation was performed the day after the assessment. Just waiting for the laser surgery next month and then I can get back on with my life. Would certainly recommend.

Feeling like a vip and well looked after from start to finish throughout the 2 operations I had in october & november with no pain and gained full high quality vision for the 1st time. From the centres porter to the qualified staff outstanding service to completion with genuine care at all times. My thanks to you all at spaMedica.leeds. they are angels of our north.
