Bright, modern, state of the art premises. Welcomed by friendly staff. Made to feel at ease. Procedure went smoothly. Sent home with all the information and medication needed for a quick recovery.

From thde momdnt I walked into recdption until I left, I was treated with respect, care zn kindness. I can't comment on how good the urgeon ix beczuxsd as far as I knos he's done a great job, but failure would have resulted in ire consequences so Im pleased with the result

I was referred to SpaMedia for cataract surgery as an NHS patient. I received a call within 24 hours to book an appointment for assessment which was two weeks later (my choice, earlier dates were offered). I had my assessment and surgery 3 days later. Great location just off the motorway, with free parking. Modern building with latest technology. Very friendly staff who only handle cataract patients and therefore gave me confidence that I would get the best treatment available. Very happy with the outcome.

The staff were extremely helpful and took all my disabilities and my phobia into full consideration but without being overbearing. The service was a1 the surgeon whom I had met before was the best really put me at ease.

Excellent from Consultation to Operation. Made to feel at ease from the first contact with Reception. The Consultation was concise and explained in detail that was easy to understand. The Nurses were friendly and made you feel relaxed from the off.

Very happy with this experience. All staff were professional, helpful and kind. One day later I can see plainly through my operated eye and am fully conversant with my self care post operatively. Couldn't have been better in any way.

Had my Cataract Surgery last week, and must compliment everyone there on the amazing service they are giving. They were all friendly and professional and put me at my ease all the way through the procedure. I would highly recommend.
