From the moment one enters the Reception Area, you are greeted by helpful and friendly staff. The helpfulness is not confined to just this area, but extends to all departments that you use. This friendliness reduces any (needless) anxiety and their offer to answer any of your questions gives one confidence. Having had cataracts successfully and painlessly removed from both eyes, I cannot praise the staff enough!

Thank you to this wonderful team at Leeds SpaMedicafor their kindness, understanding and service. This was shown throughout the team from initial welcome, reception and medical staff. As a retired nursing sister/uni.lecturer I can appreciate this service. Without exception I would highly recommend SpaMedica Leeds

Very friendly staff. Well looked after. Clean and tidy Everything was explained and easy to follow. The day of the surgery was straight forward and each step was explained.

The staff are wonderful, very caring and reassuring. The whole process was extremely efficient. I was dreading it, but they held my hand and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Now my vision in my treated eye is so much better.

The whole experience was great from start to finish,very friendly and organised staff. I was put at ease and had every step explained to me, even the coffee from the machine was very good. The booklets I was given was very informative and having the eye drops was a bonus. Being able to have my follow up appointment with my own optician was also much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful service.

From the first check up meeting to the day of the operation, the team at SpaMedica Leeds were friendly and very efficient. The experience was first class, all of the staff put me at ease and were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was any trouble and the team worked together.

I was impressed with the whole experience from the appointment for assessment to the actual surgery less than a week later. Everything was well explained and all the staff members were friendly, reassuring and professional. I would definitely recommend Spa Medica.
