The staff at Spa Medica are super-friendly. They are helpful and smiley - at least the females are, 2 of the males I encountered were less smiley. It is a very slick process in a scrupulously clean environment.

I cannot praise all the staff enough at Spa medica Thorp Park Garforth .I had cataract surgery the staff were amazing made the whole procedure painless and comfortable would highly recommend anyone to go there if they need to.Firsr class

From start 04/7 to today14/7 surgery I cannot praise spamedica enough. All staff pleasant and professional explaining all processes and why. A first class service well done everyone.

Staff were paleasant,professional,helpful,procedure was a quick and painless experiance. I felt very relaxed throughout the whole 2 hours. Post Cataract Surgery Booklet is very helpful to have. I look forward to having my other eye done in due course, it will certain by another trip to Leeds again. Would reccomend Sparmedia to anyone. Cuppa and bicuits was a nice touch.

From arrival for cataract operation to departure, the staff were extremely friendly / assuring / helpful and did their utmost to make my visit as stress free as possible. All questions were answered professionaly and nothing too much trouble.

All aspects of this service were very good: from the initial telephone contact and supportive patient transport arrangements to the in-clinic welcome and information-giving; and professional treatment. My only concern was being subject (during inevitable 'waits') to wall-to-wall inane Radio2 background chatter with indifferent aged music (ear plugs next time). All staff were kind and helpful. Surgeon & nurse team did a great job. Warm thanks!

Staff all knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I had concerns about the op but was reassured at the pre op assessment. On day of op all went well and I was kept informed at all times. Glad of the word search but the sudoku was nigh on impossible and I do these most days. Clear instructions given on post op care. Refreshments provided and gluten free biscuits available. Looking forward to going back for the other cataract op soon. A great facility would recommend to others.

Had cataract surgery on both eyes within 4 weeks and the difference is amazing. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica from the surgeon to the cleaner who all made what could have been a daunting experience a very pleasant one. Keep up the good work.
