Had cataract op, first one, very pleased with the whole setup. Staff very friendly, told me what was going to happen etc., Opticians followed up about 4 days later, booking my post op eye test. Thanking them again, Keep up the good work.

From being referred by optician to having the surgery was only 12 days. Amazing service and all staff were very pleasant.

The treatment was wonderful. It was a matter of days from the opticians referral to my first appointment at Spa medica. All staff were excellent and there was absolutely nothing that could have been improved. Both cataracts done and I'm a very happy patient.

The location is easy to find, the staff are pleasant and polite and the YAG treatment took seconds. I had a 9.10am appointment and was home before 10.30. Thanks also to staff at Spamedica in Coventry who did the pre-assessment and advised that Leicester could perform the YAG treatment earlier. They were also so very helpful and extremely professional.

All went smoothly. We were greeted by the friendly staff at the door and offered a drink and biscuit. The staff at the desk were again friendly and efficient. The medical staff were very polite and professional. We were out within the hour.

Every thing from the initial consultation to having the cataract removed went extremely smoothly with the efficient staff starting at the door guiding and explaining every procedure . Also amazed at the short time it took from optician to having cataract remove ,sight in the eye now brilliant

Met at the front door with friendly staff. Offered a drink and biscuit. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very professional and staff explained each stage.

From the entrance through Reception and service from each member of your team, I received total courtesy, interest and actions of the highest calibre.Your team expertly removed my cataracts exactly as promised on two separate days. I found that your post procedure information given to me was effective I the extreme.Your contribution to the NHS is greatly appreciated by this patient.
