I attended SpaMedica to have a cataract removed in June 23 and from my right eye in early September. The staff were all very friendly, professional and went out of their way to make sure I was ok. What a fantastic service. Thank you all xx

Amazing experience of such a professional and caring hospital every member of staff was so polite and friendly and looked after me so well, spotless through out nothing was too much trouble,I would recommend them to anyone thank you so much

Everything from entering to leaving was first class. The welcome, the facilties, the people at all levels, the thoroughness of procedure and explanations etc.

I was very anxious regarding my Cataract surgery. I need not have been. On entering the building I was shown to a seat by a very nice gentleman and offered refreshment. My experience in the Theatre was just as welcoming. Everything was explained to me. I felt most at ease.. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. 10/10.

I had a cataract removed from my left eye last Friday and my sight is amazing. Everyone was so helpful and the procedure was really professional. Look forward to getting my right eye done.

All appointments started 2 hour late as surgeon was held up. patients backed up so made me more anxious than last time. Seemed different procedure from my first one. The wrong size lens was put in and then removed and the clip at the top of my eye pulled my eyelid back which caused some pain and the nurse held my hand. Because I then had vertigo I was put in a wheelchair to recover.

excellent service, very clean hospital, staff were great ,nice to see a good standard of cleaness from a member of staff cleaning coffee machine and keeping floors and toilets clean at all time, great experience for my first time there in for cataract surgery on left eye ,looking forward to my next visit there for my right eye cataract surgery in near future,

From the minute you walk through the door there is a friendly atmosphere. All the staff were really kind and helpful from the security at the entrance, the reception staff, the nurses and of course the consultant who all gave reassurance. The building was immaculate and well maintained. As for the cataract surgery, I was offered a cancellation for the day after my consultation which meant less time to worry. My appointment was 12.50 and I walked out the door before 3pm. It is 5 weeks since my procedure and today I’ve collected my new glasses from the optician. Post procedure has gone well too. I have had no problems at all. I would recommend SpaMedica in a heartbeat. Thankyou!!
