From the moment you enter ,all staff are so courteous polite & helpful putting folk at ease. At each stage of the proceedings professional reassurance is given no problem. Then comes the surgeon s who have a friendly chat and then proceed to put the icing on the cake by restoring our quality of sight in such a short space of time .

I have just had my second cataract replaced. The service has been excellent. All staff have been very friendly and supportive and reassuring. Thank you for taking me through this miracle operation

The hospital transport, for a 3 hour was excellent. The preparation for the operation was kind and efficient. The actual operation was quick , approximately 1/4 of an hour and nothing to worry about. The after care was excellent, l had a reason to ring the emergency number and getting though was no hastle and the advice , was given with kindness, and had the desired affect. had the desired effect

From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy,respect and professionalism right throughout my treatment and cannot praise the Service enough, thank you, On leaving I was well looked after until I got into my Cab to go home so again Thank you

From start to finish the service has been first class. All the staff from administration to clinical have been excellent in everyway. I have been kept informed fully every step of the way and right through to the procedure itself been treated with respect and with the upmost care. I would absolutely recommend SpaMedica to anyone needing their service.Well Done!!!!

Lovely staff. Very friendly, welcoming and feel very well looked after from start to finish. Can't fault anything. Looking forward to going for my second cataract very soon. Thank you to all lovely staff and surgeon.
