I was invited by my local NHS to use SpaMedica for my cataract operation. I visited twice for my evaluation and operation with transport provided in both directions. Everyone I met ranging from the minibus drivers, fellow passenger patients and staff in Liverpool were polite and friendly. The actual evaluation and subsequent operation processes which involved multiple stages with waiting intervals in between was conducted efficiently and with kindness by well trained staff. The actual surgery took less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to use SpaMedica again if the necessity arises.

I was very nervous but I found the experience very good - my fear was would I feel anything and was constantly assured I wouldn’t and I didn’t! It was better than the dentist

Lovely staff. Very friendly, welcoming and feel very well looked after from start to finish. Can't fault anything. Looking forward to going for my second cataract very soon. Thank you to all lovely staff and surgeon.

From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy,respect and professionalism right throughout my treatment and cannot praise the Service enough, thank you, On leaving I was well looked after until I got into my Cab to go home so again Thank you

So sorry this is long overdue. My 2 eyes had cataract removed. From start to finish, the experience was: Professional. Experienced. Kind. Incredibly efficient. Easy to get to and parking available. Pretty Amazing.

Being collected by your transport and taken from Wales to Liverpool and back again was a fantastic help and the drivers were wonderful. The staff at the hospital were so professional and attentive all along the way. Nothing too much trouble. Great surgeon and operation done so slickly that it was finished before I knew it!!Thank you so much.

From the minute I walked through the front door I was made to feel at ease. The staff were so caring and understood how nervous I was. Every step of the way I was told what was happening which I found very comforting. The operation was painless and my fear of being able to see what was happening was completely dispelled. I would recommend Spa Medica to anyone having to undergo this surgery for complex cataracts. The only complaint I've got is I wasn't expecting to see so well which has meant I've had to have a big spring clean in the house. Thankyou Spa Medica.

My mom did her operation yesterday, and she keeps saying the staff is super friendly & caring. Even though she cannot speak, she can feel how friendly the staff is. Thank you very much for all your service. Highly recommended.
