Attended initial appointment on Wednesday. Was amazed to be offered a cancellation appointment for next day. From start to finish the treatment was amazing. On the surgery day I was treated with kindness and respect and assured about what would happen. Surgery went well and pain free. The difference to my sight is amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica. Wonderful staff and lovely, pristine clinic.

From being greeted at the door to leaving the building I was treated with dignity and efficiency. The day of my assessment was very quick and everything explained also the opportunity to ask any questions I had. The day of the operation I was very nervous but put at my ease and and could not believe how quick and painless the surgery was. I have no fears of having a second eye treated. Before the operation the surgeon took the time to come and speak to me and answer any questions I had which was appreciated. Within three days my records had been passed on to my optician and a follow up appointment made. Thank you for a very efficient stress free and caring experience to all the staff at Edge Lane in the opportunity arises I will have no hesitation in recommending your services

On arrival the staff helped put you at ease and explained to you everything about the procedure and talked you through every step even in the theatre the surgeon talked to me and asked if i was ok

A very friendly and caring staff who made my Cateract Operation much less stressful and the whole procedure was carried out with the utmost efficiency. Everything was explained to me and I felt very confident and reassured.

From start to finish I was treated very well the staff were very helpful especially as at that time I had mobility issues. Tea coffee and biscuits were provided at all times and the staff broughtthem to me. The operation was painless and only lasted about 15 minutes the improvement to my sight is amazing and has improved my quality of life immeasurably well pleased I like to thanks all those at spamedica for their professional treatment of me well pleased thanks again.
