I was so nervous going to get my operation, and the tea at the clinic just made me feel at ease. I felt important and totally relaxed by the time I was in the theatre and everyone was so kind and professional. Thank you xx

All staff very professional, friendly, helpful and put you at ease. The cataract surgery was excellent and painless. Looking forward to going back again for surgery on my other eye.

Was looked after and made to feel welcome for Catarach surgery. Surgeon very good explained every step of procedure.

Attended spamedica yesterday for cataract surgery. All the staff are wonderful go through everthing with you put you at ease. The surgeon was majestic all over in 10 minutes . Today i have no pain or redness in the eye after all the worry i cant believe the outcome. I would like to thank all at spamedica for a brilliant job. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at spa medica. Kept me well informed about cataract surgery from pre op to going into theatre. Staff were thoughtful and kind. I was really worried but they put my mind at ease at every step. Thankyou to all the lovely staff at spa medica Liverpool.

the care received on my first visit, from the door man to the surgeon was excellent. My second visit was much the same, but the surgeon lacked bedside manner.
