Hi had cataract done everyone at practice was very helpful an polite got free coffee while waiting I was nervous but didnt need to be as they talked me through what was goin to happen . Surgery went really well didn't feel anything and while getting it done I seen different colour lights was good and interesting to see . Got drops for my eye when leaving so really looked after . Thank you would recommend

Everything was excellent until getting on the theatre bed. Did not seem to be able to cope with disabled folk. Asked for pillows under my knees as lying flat really hurts me. Also asked the person to guide my left leg onto the table which he did but far too quickly.I have a pinned hip so came out not only with a sore eye but sore hip. This just let the place down and needs addressing.

I took my dad today for his cataract surgery and cannot thank the staff enough for looking after him. My dad has Dementia and they went over and above to help him get through his procedure. This really does make a difference. Excellent facilities too which make the experience so much easier with the wheelchair. Thank you.

I've had two eye operations at this clinic and both times have been a first class experience. From reception to discharge the whole process was conducted with friendly ,efficient , and courteous professionalism. The time scale of the completion of my operations was very welcome.

Went for pre-op on the Monday, excellent service from reception staff through to consultancy staff, all thoroughly professional, informative and welcoming. At the end of pre-op went to make an appointment for surgery, gave reception dates when I was unavailable and was immediately told “there is a cancellation available for tomorrow, would you like to take that”?. I agreed immediately and took up the appointment. Returned the next day and again was treated with the utmost respect and told every procedure I would go through before surgery. Everything went so smoothly I could hardly tell I had been operated on. Thanks very much to everyone associated with SpaMedica Liverpool, I will be eternally grateful for what you all did. Very nervous going into clinic but staff soon made me very relaxed, operation went very smoothly and didn't feel a thing. My eye sight is now excellent.

Been here twice in the last 2 years to have cataracts removed from both eyes. Could not fault anything about my treatment. Greeted on arrival, made to feel completely at ease, even while feeling extremely nervous. From reception staff, to surgeon and nurses couldn't fault any. All absolutely professional and also very caring .

I was looked after extremely well by SpaMedica. I have now had two cataract removal operations done both of which went extremely well. The staff are second to none as is the clinic. I would highly recommend anybody needing this type of surgery to use this company. Thank you so much for looking after me so well.

From the lady who answered the door intercom to the surgeon who performed the operation, all staff were friendly, efficient and reassuring, and all questions were answered fully, nothing was considered too trivial. The experience was very well organised and the result is amazing, I can now see things I have not seen clearly for a long time. I have no qualms about having the cataract removed from my other eye, and would recommend the service to anyone.

Longwait followingeye drops but information given was excellent all staff wee very polite and informative surgeon listened to my concerns pre op and reassured me . Post op information was clear and concise
