From being referred by my optician, the whole process was completed in less than six weeks and, but for my other commitments, could have been done in just four. The assessment appointment was completed two weeks after the referral. Very thorough. All involved clearly knew their role and each informed me who I would be seeing next and why. Staff seem happy in their work, which created a positive atmosphere. The whole process, environment and personnel, was very professional. The day of the cataract operation followed a similar vein. Pleasant greetings, clear information and instruction. A delightful lady surgeon, who introduced herself, checked a particular medical issue prior to proceeding, explained what would occur and provided a basic update throughout. Her supporting theatre staff were all attentive and clearly knew their roles, ensuring I was informed and ready for the procedure. Post op continued in the same vein through to being discharged, with clear instructions on what to do and who to contact should a problem arise. As it transpired, very modest discomfort that day and none subsequent to that. A very impressive and professional experience from start to finish. Well done everyone.

Cateract operation went smoothly 2 weeks after initial assessment. Couldn’t fault the service. All staff professional and friendly in a clean clinic.

i was very greatfull to the staff at sparmedic for what they ave done for me with my eyes and more so my catarac and words cannot put into words on how good the staff are and how they made me feel so in nervis i am very greatfull for this operation on both my eyes and the friendliness of all the staff is more than i can say if it was not for the staff i would ave been blind in all i wished i could do more for this hospital to show how much i am very greatfulll both times and in end i did not need to worry about it

Put at ease from the very start of my appointment. Staff very caring and understanding of my worries they were able to put my mind at rest as they are very good at explaining in terms that are easy to understand. All my questions were answered fully. The operation was explained in detail. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you for my care it was amazing.

It was a pleasure attending this eye hospital. You are made to feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Cateracts procedure was painless and quick, with an excellent medical team. 10 out of 10.

I have now had both cateracts removed and am so pleased with the results. Newark is so efficient with excellent kind and informative staff. It all looks extremely clean and tidy. Always welcomed and offered a drink and biscuit before and after the painless and fast procedure. Thank you.

The procedure wasn't painful at all virtuality over before it started. Was treated with respect by a professional and pleasant team . Could see better than before in a couple of days. I would recommend this clinic to anyone thanks Mike
