I received an early referral and was treated quickly and in a friendly manner. My appointment for surgery followed soon after. I was kept well informed throughout. The surgery was performed with efficiency and courtesy.

Have had my first eye operation and believe me from the person who opens the door, receptionist through to the surgeon, all the staff amazing. So efficient, friendly , helpful and professional. Never be scared , yes everyone is anxious but you could not be in better hands. I have no problem going back for the other eye.

I would just like to thank you all so very much for all the care you gave me at both my cataract operations which were quick and pain free. The excellent service you give is amazing I had both cataracts removed within six weeks and the results have changed my life. Brilliant service everyone was so kind & helpful and the surgeons did a wonderful job both times. Post op in two weeks time at SpecSavers. I can see better now than I have for years. I am so grateful to you all. I would definitely recommend SpaMedica Newark. Once again “A Million Thanks to you all”…

I attended this clinic for my cataract operation yesterday & found it to be very clean &well set out. All the staff were friendly & efficient, I would definitely recommend.

I have had both eyes done now and I can't praise this clinic enough. Everyone there extremely friendly and helpful. When I was finished I did say to them all "The sad thing is I won't see you all again"... they were wonderful and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone...

First impression was how clean the place was, second impression was the friendliness of the staff. In total I saw nine different people, which initially surprised me but each one was friendly and efficient, clearly good at their job and wanting to please. The only criticism was the waiting time on each of my two visits but I had been told to expect this.

On arrival at 8am, I was met in the facility by a very helpful team of staff, they were the epitome of efficiency. All the staff were without exception helpful and left me with a feeling of being looked after by professionals. Everything was explained to me and soon had me seeing I was dealing with dedication by very knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure to be in your capable hands. I am now fully recovered and await my next eye being dealt with.Thankyou once again for the supreme service. May you long give eye surgery.

Such a lovely clinic. All of the staff were so warm and friendly and extremely professional. It was more like going to an actual spa than an eye clinic. I was greeted by a young man, was offered a hot drink and biscuits and then he showed me up to reception. Everything was explained clearly at my first appointment and before the operation. During the operation the surgeon was reassuring and explaining what she was doing. I can't thank everyone enough. I am actually looking forward to returning for my second cataract operation!! Thank you everyone :) xx
