Only 9 days between referral by my optician and my surgery. The staff were all very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease .

I was treated recently at SpaMedica Newcastle under Lyme for cataracts in both eyes. I can recommend this clinic and staff for their caring and helpful way with patients. Their professional and technical abilities are excellent and a credit to the NHS. Many thanks, Winston Cree.

I had 2 visits in 6 weeks each time was a great experience, lovely welcome coffee and biscuits, really friendly receptionists and lovely nurses, and doctors made to feel very much at ease thank you

A friendly Greeter at the door offering high quality biscuits and a drink before proceeding to a smiley receptionist set the tone for their total offering. A classic example of well honed and tightly controlled best professional practice delivered in a particularly friendly manner. Having had cataract surgery to both eyes as I near my 80th, I now have sight last experienced in my teens. For the first time ever I can now perfectly read the bottom line of an eye chart and my optician comments that I am nearing 20/20 vision.

From the time you enter you welcomed and offered a drink and biscuits. Very nice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. From then on you are in the care of the medical staff. Who are very nice, professional and efficient. The treatment (Cataract) was painless and quick. Well done. Twelve days on and things are great. Thanks.

Have now had both eyes done. The staff are all welcoming and cheerful. The procedure was carried out efficiently and everyone was reassuring and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to go there.

From entering the building on my first visit to 2 cataract operations, all staff were friendly but very professional. Any worries disappeared. I cannot praise this service and it's staff enough! Thank you!

From entering the clinic to final procedure was Private Clinic standard! Every member of staff was so nice. I was obviously nervous about eye surgery but the very professional staff made this feeling vanish.
