Extremely impressed with the service at Spa Medica. There was a warm welcome at the door and great care was given in all areas of assessment and treatment. On the day of my surgery I was given a very clear explanation of what care I should take after and a contact number to use should I become concerned about anything.

I attended today for a procedure and from the moment I entered I found the staff to be attentive and happy. Although I am deaf they showed great patience in explaining the stages to me. The surgeon put me at ease and I had confidence in him. The team were exceptional. Thank you so much.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They reassure me about the procedure and answer any questions I have. The waiting for the eye drops to work can be difficult, but the staff provided me with drinks and biscuits to keep me occupied.

Friendly greeting on arrival, professional treatment and service throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive to allay my fear of the unknown impending operation. The aftercare treatment was sensitive and caring.

Both procedures completed within just over 2 months from referral by optician. A very efficient friendly and reassuring service. Excellent result achieved in terms of improved eyesight. It was impressive that the NHS could offer this level of service for this particular procedure.

The staff were very welcoming and the service was very professional and they made me feel confident in their abilities on my first visit. The place itself was was a clean environment and was like a posh hotel reception

Recently had a Cataract op at Spamedica. On time, every time I visited the clinic. The staff were all great, starting with the door staff right through to the consultant. On the day of assessment and the day of my op,everything ran like clockwork. Real teamwork on display. 10/10 for Spamedica, well done.

From start to finish all the staff were really amazing I was nervous before the procedure but everyone put me at the ease and when it was over didn’t know what I was worried about

From start at reception to finish at discharge this clinic offered a wonderful service. All staff were very pleasant and efficient and all procedures were explained fully. Details of what to do when getting home were clear and concise and an information pack, drops and eye wipes provided; there was an added bonus of a free biro. The operation was quick and although slightly uncomfortable successful. No problems have occurred since the operation and all is going well.
