Having had both eyes freed of cataracts I would like to thank everyone at Spa Medica from receptionist, nursing staff to surgeon for a great and successful treatment. Good environment and very friendly staff. Thank you all.

Excellent communication with patients,all staff were pleasant and courteous. All appointments were made promptly . 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and hygiene. An excellent experience.

Just returned from my second post op review for cataracts at Newcastle, Stoke clinic. In 4 months I have had 2 cataracts removed through this wonderful organisation and now do not need glasses except for reading. From reception through to the nurses and optometrists the service has been of the highest quality. And now I can see like I used to, thanks to Spamedica and its staff. Without hesitation I would recommend them. First Class! Thank you one and all.

The hospital is so well run and each step of the treatments are explained making you feel that you are well looked after nothing to worry about .

They were all very polite and helpful.was nervous and they really made me feel relaxed. Could not have been more helpful Even the door man made me feel relaxed Tea and biscuits.Lovely place could not have been any better 10 out of 10 brilliant

Although I had to wait thirty minutes before I was called, all the staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. I was very nervous, but I received re-assurance from everyone I spoke to. The procedure itself went very smoothly as did the experience overall, thanks to the amazing staff.

Was seen on time. Receptionists and greeter were extremely nice and helpful. Free tea or coffee and biscuits. Procedure took less time than expected. I was treated with kindness and fully informed of everything that would happen along the way. The procedure was painless. Throughly recommend anyone to use this practice. Wonderful. Oh yes, l can see better too!! X

I received excellent service throughout the whole experience.. All the staff were kind considerate and continuously explained all the procedures thoroughly which put me at ease. I would not hesitate in recommending Spa Medica to all.
