From referral to surgery the process was professional ,fast and sympathetic. At spa medica the process was well organised and the staff efficient and friendly Wonderful!

Perfect from beginning to the end. All of the staff were very kind and conciderate and so I had great confidence in the hospital from the very first appointment. I was seen by my optician at the beginning of May 2023 and my operation was on June 12th 2023. Excellent service and an excellent surgeon with his team. Thank you very,very much.

My experience at SpaMedica Newcastle under Lyme was exactly as promised on the website and in the literature. Kind, supportive, skilful, caring. Grateful thanks to everyone for seeing me through my first cataract surgery. I look forward to having the second eye done.

For both eye operations, I felt completely at ease, the attention to detail and calm friendly manner at all times gave me a feeling of utter confidence in what was going to happen. This made the surgery much less unnerving and carried through to the post-operative session; excellent care and attention.

Really happy from the time of walking in through the door, to walking back out of the door on both of my visits. A very warm welcome on arrival. Not only for myself but also my partner who accompanied me. All staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I had lens replacement surgery, every step of the procedure was explained on my assessment and procedure days. The following is for anyone reading this who is as nervous as I was. I was fortunate enough on the day of my procedure to met a lady who was there for her second eye to be done and she reassured me there was nothing to be conerned about as you don't feel a thing and she was right, please don't worry. Thank you very much to all at SpaMedica

Not at all what I expected, all the staff were very accommodating pleasant and reassuring. What a difference its made to my field of vision. I had the right eye done in June ,the other eye in July and have now had my last follow-up at the opticians. A very pleasant experience and looking forward to some new glasses.
