The whole team from start to finish made me feel reassured and confident that I was in good hands. They actively encouraged me to ask questions throughout my time in the clinic. The procedure was completed in a very professional way. My aftercare was explained in detail. I don’t think that there was anything more that they could have offered me.

I went to Spa Medica to have my cataracts removed and I cannot recommend them highly enough, from the minute you walk through the door you feel that people care. The person who greets you and makes you a cup of tea, tells you what you need to do next. The reception team are brilliant, efficient and caring. They tell you what happens next. All through the process you are guided through which minimises stress. I had a problem with my first cataract, but this was dealt with so expertly I had such confidence in the explanation and the treatment that I had the second eye done. This was trouble free and now I have the confidence to drive and do lots of things that that prior to the treatment were giving me problems due to the poor eyesight. SpaMedica gives the type of treatment, care and understanding that many others can only aspire to. Their staff are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. They have given me back my eyesight and my confidence. Many, many thanks.

I don't know where to start to praise Spamedica at Newcastle-under-Lyme. Everyone was so professional and extremely kind, and everything was explained to me. Within a fortnight of being referred by my optician I was having my pre operation check. My operation took place 8 days later, and the following day I was contacted by Spamedica to see how I was following my surgery. (This was a Sunday). A very impressive experience.

The assessment of my need for a cataract replacement and subsequent booking of the operation were completed with truly astonishing speed and efficiency. The operation, less than one week later, was done with great expertise. All staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and really good at their jobs. Could not fault a single thing. Well done, SpaMedica!

Everyone at Newcastle under Lyme from the receptionists to surgery staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, making the whole experience a lot less stressful than I was expecting. I was also referred and seen very quickly. Just the second eye to do now!

I have now had both eyes done in less than two months. The service is second to none. Cannot praise all staff enough. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, staff cannot do enough for you. Brilliant service, Highly recommended.
