Recently had a Cataract op at Spamedica. On time, every time I visited the clinic. The staff were all great, starting with the door staff right through to the consultant. On the day of assessment and the day of my op,everything ran like clockwork. Real teamwork on display. 10/10 for Spamedica, well done.

From start to finish all the staff were really amazing I was nervous before the procedure but everyone put me at the ease and when it was over didn’t know what I was worried about

From start at reception to finish at discharge this clinic offered a wonderful service. All staff were very pleasant and efficient and all procedures were explained fully. Details of what to do when getting home were clear and concise and an information pack, drops and eye wipes provided; there was an added bonus of a free biro. The operation was quick and although slightly uncomfortable successful. No problems have occurred since the operation and all is going well.

I have now had both cataracts sorted out by SpaMedica NuL. Both operations were quick and painless. I was terrified before the first one as I couldn't believe it wouldn't hurt, but it really didn't! Every appointment was professional and efficient. Customer service was 5 star plus. Every member of staff was professional, supportive, helpful, bright and upbeat. (Receptionists, nurses, cleaners, surgeon, optometrists, everybody (sorry if I have missed anyone). The place was absolutely spotless. They have recently received a CqC rating of Outstanding.... it is a very good description. Outstanding sums my experience up! Thank you so much!

Friendly and helpful staff, instructions and expectations clearly explained and the presence of carers/relatives is welcomed. The actual procedure was painless and efficient and steps were taken to ensure the patient would get safely home afterwards. Highly reccomended.

I had a Cataract assessment done which was very thorough. I did need to have the operation and was booked in for surgery within a month, the surgery was completely painless and very professional with staff taking complete care of me. The reception staff and day staff are friendly and attentive I could not have asked for a more successful operation.

I found the whole experience very supportive and reassuring care.I'd been very worried and nervous of the procedure but was relieved to find all the staff encouraging- and putting me at ease.They are very friendly and make the operation very comfortable.Appreciated the hot chocolate and biscuits afterwards
