SpaMedica is a brilliant practice they are very professional I had a cataract operation I didn't feel a thing the staff are so wonderful they really make you feel special I would recommend SpaMedica to everyone 5 star service from a 5 star team thank you SpaMedica

Right from the word go, when my optician referred me to Spa Medica for my cataracts I have been amazed at the speed and efficiency of the whole process. The Spa Medica Team seem committed to giving a professional and helpful experience to their patients and everything has run very smoothly with everything clearly explained at each stage. For example, the day after that my optician had referred me, the Spa Medica team were contacting me to arrange a pre-operation assessment and this all on the NHS From referral to operation, the time taken was about a month. The time spent in the clinic was given as about 3 hours, but I was there for only 2 hours . Aftercare at home was clearly explained so I had no doubt as to how to look after my eye. Well done Spa Medica , I would be confident in using you again and am pleased to recommend you to others .

From the receptionist to the surgeon who operated on my eye, I was treated with kindness and respect. The operation was a bit scary but the result (so far, only 24 hours) has been fantastic. Instructions for aftercare was clear and precise. Overall I am extremely happy with the process and am very happy to recommend SpaMedica. I must also mention that the time from referral to completion is very quick.

Had both cataracts removed at SpaMedica, Newcastle under Lyme in September and November 2022. Treated with respect and care by all staff and would highly recommend

I felt reassured by the friendliness of the staff and all the information about the operation I was given, both verbally and in the leaflets. The staff made not only me feel welcome but also my husband who was my chauffeur offering us tea and biscuits. The actual operation was much quicker than I expected and so far, seems to be successful.
