I was extremely nervous about the treatment, but I could not have had a better experience. Every member of staff I came in contact with was not only professional, but put me at ease and treated me with respect. I cannot praise them enough.

I found all the personnel to be very professional, very informative and very good at putting you at ease. The procedure was absolutely painless and the aftercare information and medication package were very comprehensive. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Spamedica facility.

From the initial assessment and subsequent cataract operation, the service was totally first class, with efficient friendly staff and rigorous procedures.

I found everyone exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The clinic was really very clean and bright, I certainly would and have already recommended it to everyone I spoken to since having my first eye operated on in October

Cataract removed could not have had better treatment would recommend to everybody. Everything went smoothly could not have gone better all done in a week. From the first appointment with the optician to having the operation.

This is following the second cataract operation and I am exceptionally pleased with the care, efficiency and speed to give me improved sight in both eyes. Delays and paperwork were kept to a minimum throughout and during the actual time spent at the hospital, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. How I wish all hospitals were run so well and by such dedicated staff.

All staff very helpful and encouraging throughout my time in the clinic. Having Vascular Dementia everyone treated me with care and compassion, especially one of the receptionists who took the time to explain everything to me before the surgery.

Having had cataract ops for both eyes in the last 5 months I can say that both experiences were very good. Professional, efficient, comfortable and caring. Not a long wait for it either. What more could a patient want?

All staff were very welcoming & re-assuring both during my pre-op & my two cataract operations. SpaMedica appears to be well run & well organised with complete professionalism & l would not hesitate to recommend the service to others.
