Well what can i say i cant fault the practice , the whole team from the Surgeon to the Cleaner was most caring and friendly and as for the Surgery it couldnt of gone any better from start to finnish every member of staff new what to do to look after you So all i can say is well done to all of the staff you are fantastic

From start to finish my experience was extremely satisfactory. I had my assessment one day and my appointment for the surgery for the following day, I was looked after by a number of nurses in a very professional way and was told what was happening every step of the way. The surgery itself took only minutes and I had no discomfort whatsoever. Thank you.

The people are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much. Surgery was fantastic, had both eyes mended now and if I had another one I'd be there again!!

I have had surgery on both eyes, March was the first and the second was in June 2023. All the staff were very friendly and explained every thing clearly. They made the whole experience stress free.

I was made very welcome which made me feel at ease, great staff!! Everything was explained to me what would happen to me before my operation. Exceptionally clean hospital and I was very happy to have a follow up examination in a months time!!

I was seen for a pre-op check just three weeks after referral from my optician, due to worsening cataracts. After a thorough set of checks, I was given an operation date only six days later! Op went well, and I’ve just had my post op checkup four weeks later. My eyesight is much improved, and I couldn’t recommended them more highly.

I thought this practice was first class from start to finish. They were all so very efficient in every way. Everyone from the reception team the nurses and last but not least the surgeon were all very caring and compassionate in the way they looked after me nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained in a way I was able to understand and even then if I had any questions they were only too happy to explain further. I could not fault any of them it was all very professional.

very nice and clean place. the staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, made me feel comfortable. eye procedure done quickly. even there was free tea, coffee and biscuits.
