Completely professional throughout but also friendly, sympathetic and helpful. My first eye was treated 2 months previously and that gave me a foretaste of a new, colourful world. I now have that view through both eyes and the contrast to what I saw at the beginning of the year is incredible. Thank you so much to the whole SpaMedica team.

The surgery was quick and efficient but I was particularly impressed by the concern and willingness of the support staff to look after me both pre- and post- surgery. Impressive!

I have nothing but praise for SpaMedica,Peterborough. The service was seamless, the staff approachable and ‘nice’. The surgeons’ skills were thank goodness, impeccable and my sight restored to me. The whole team, for that’s how it works, we’re great. The premises were clean and tidy. Thank you all, from cleaning staff to surgeons.

I was very pleased with the service and patient care at SpaMedica. Everyone from Receptionist to the Medical staff were very polite, efficient, professional and caring.

Everything at Peterborough was excellent the time where spa Medica failed was in the booking second cataract operation after optician's report as i had to chase them up twice and ask optician to send another copy before they would book me in for second op.

The whole experience was relaxed. The staff were friendly & helpful. Everything was explained about what was going to happen. The surgeon was brilliant.. making sure I was fine as the procedure went along.

Referred by optician, assessment a week later and cataract operation 10 days after that. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Can't say I enjoyed the procedure (who does) but it was painless and very quick. Had little discomfort afterwards, the supplied eye drops and paracetamol for a couple of days took care of that. Results are good even though only half way through the advised 4-6 week "settling in " period. Very happy with outcome.
