I have had both cataracts operated on very successfully. With the minimum of waiting time for appointments. Very kind and considerate treatment by all members of staff. You are welcomed and offered refreshments on arrival . Very high standard of cleanliness . Easy parking . I am very happy with my experience.

Facilities and parking great, staff are winderful and very empathetic to patients concerns and care. Everything was explained fully at each stage of procedure and questions answered comprehensively. I am very happy with outcome which is even better sight than expected.

As a carer, I took my husband for a second cataract operation. All the staff from the front door through reception, the nurses, surgeon and post op staff are smiling, helpful, courteous and professional. He felt safe and in Good hands all the time.

The service I received was second to none. The staff were so reassuring and professional. I was apprehensive at first but everything was explained clearly and I was reassured I would feel no pain which I didn't. The operation was quick for both right and left eyes. I have worn glasses since I was 10 years old and at 71 I had my cataracts removed and no longer need glasses. The world looks brighter and clearer. Only drawback is I see dirt clearer and the lines on my face. Thank you Spamedica

I had cataracts done in one eye at Poole Spa Medica. All the staff were friendly. The hospital was extremely efficient. The procedure was explained in detail and the operation felt extremely professional and expertly done. I, as a patient had a feeling of confidence all the way through. Good comprehensive aftercare instructions. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

A friendly smile greeted me on arrival accompanying me to the waiting area putting me completely at ease. I was seen to promptly by an efficient and kind team of nursing staff who prepared me for cataract surgery. The skilled surgeon was very approachable, kind, gentle and clearly explained the procedure step by step. I was once again greeted by a friendly nurse who explained aftercare and led me to the waiting room for a coffee before leaving. I am blown away by the fabulous result of my surgery. A very big thank you to all. A worthy 5* rating.

What a delightful place to have treatment , everyone is so helpful ,very friendly , nothing is too much trouble for them ,all the staff make you feel at ease I have had both my cataracts done and very pleased with the results
