Was referred for cataract surgery after my opticians appointment on 15th February 2024. I had my pre-op assessment on 22nd Feb and surgery today. Actual procedure took less than 10 minutes and on my way home within 1.5 hours. Very friendly staff. Excellent servive 10/10

Very pleasant and helpful staff made my experience less traumatic than I was expecting. Every member of staff that I came into contact with were excellent, and a very effective team.

I was very pleased with the complete service from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the procedure was easy and painless and the after care was very good. My vision is now fantastic after having both eyes done would highly recommend to anybody.

Great streamlined treatment and surgery. However I didn't like the last stage and felt rushed. Went straight from the surgery table into a discharge room and discharged within10 mins then sent back into the main waiting room. I felt a little wobbly and feel that there should be a small window at this point to sit and relax for 10 mins maybe with a drink to come around before being given the discharge information. This let the experience down for me

From entering to leaving the building I was treated with efficiency and made to feel welcome. All the staff were warm and very friendly, any worries that where in the back of my mind about someone operating on my eyes soon left me . It's been 3 days since my cataract surgery and I can't believe the improvement already. Can't wait to get the other eye done, so see you all soon. A big thankyou to you .Regards Bill Ashurst.

Friendly and professional service. Excellent and clean venue. I was made welcome and dealt with in a professional manner. I would recommend this place and will be asking for an appointment when I require my second cataract surgery.
