From the moment you set foot in this practice your experience begins, friendly smiling faces put you at your ease. all are extremely professional, explaining the procedures as you go. This team are so well put together they manage to make you feel special and one of the family. From start to finish this was a great experience and successful. Well done to whoever put it together.

I obviously had concerns and worries about surgery , but I needn’t have . Life changing !! I have my vision back and I can see . The op took minutes , but the process takes up to three hours . After my surgery I met others who were waiting for the surgery and were obviously anxious ? So I reassured them by letting them know there was absolutely nothing to fear or worry about which put them at ease . I have another cataract but it doesn’t require surgery as my vision is good presently , but should I require surgery at a later date I wouldn’t have any concerns about having the operation . Super service , professional team and staff

Both my eyes needed cataract operations which took approximately 3 months. On every visit I found every staff member to be helpful, very pleasant and reassuring, from receptionists, medical staff and the refreshment lady.

I have had my Cateracks removed from both eyes and total lense replacement. My Eye sight is amazing now. The staff friendly and helpful, the hospital is spotlessly clean and the lady that continues to go round all the time always take time to a drink and biscuits. A very happy patient. 😊

Just been for cataract surgery,it was great,from the friendly staff,and the nurses,the surgeon was friendly and was good,can’t recommend them all to much,can’t wait for the next one.Thankyou all.

This was my first visit for cataract operation assessment. From the start and throughout my approx. two hour visit, all the staff, without exception were highly professional yet warm, friendly and accomodating. I felt totally at ease and initial fears about the forthcoming operation were quickly set aside. I cannot speak highly enough of SpaMedica and all the staff there. I'm just thankful I chose them for my operation.

All the staff and nurses are so happy and helpful. They put you at ease. The treatment is second to none and they explain everything in words you can understand.

Fantastic staff, they calmed me down as I was a little anxious, being first time! All went well. The whole experience from start to finish was well organised and I felt the patients were their priority.

I have nothing but praise for Sittingbourne, every member of staff was kind to me I was met by everyone with a smile. This was my 2nd cataract removal & because I knew how kind & efficient everyone was I was not a bit nervous, so from the bottom of my heart Thank you very much xx
