Very friendly and assuring staff. The whole experience was made straightforward and comfortable by the whole staff including reception as well as the medical staff.

We have had many visits to the hospital due to unforeseen complications with my husbands surgery however, every visit has been a pleasure. The staff are amazing and So friendly. They make you feel at ease and nothing is too much trouble. The ‘meet the team’ folders in reception are a great read, very entertaining and help you see the staff as ‘humans’ not just medical staff doing a job. Very impressed. Thank you to everyone. Keep doing what you do.

I cannot praise the team at Spamedica enough. I had wonderful treatment and advice from everyone I saw. Although the treatments were the same, the experience from two different surgeons was completely different, but highly successful, I now only need glasses for my phone. Everyone was highly professional and explained each and every step. A 'Huge' Thank You to each and everyone of you. I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing a cataract operation. Keep up the excellent work.

Very friendly and helpful staff who make you feel very comfortable. Excellent clinical practise and post-operative service. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is need of a catarach operation.

From start to finish my experience with SpaMedica Sittingbourne was very good. All staff were friendly and professional. My eye surgery was very straightforward and healed well with no problems. The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming. All patients were treated in a friendly manner and not just as a number.

Was very anxious but the whole team were so friendly and completely put me at ease. The actual procedure was pain free and over in no time. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness , Professionalism, and hygiene standards Will want my other eye done here.

The staff and nurses and surgeons were so kind and helpful. It made a scary op bearable. The nurses were so supportive and keep checking if I was ok. The after care. Was explained very well and a follow up appointment was made before I left.

It would have been reassuring and less traumatic if the consultant had kept me informed during the procedure. I was thinking it was not going well when she asked for further instruments and made comments. Finally I asked, but felt this ‘interfering’ question was not well received. The nurse giving me my after care instructions was very rushed. All very familiar to her, but not to me at that point. I had only just left surgery so was not feeling totally ‘with it’. She appeared cross and impatient when I asked her to repeat and clarify the information. It would have been helpful to have known in advance that I needed to organise the follow up appointment with my optician. I could then have had the phone number ready when I got home. I had presumed wrongly this would automatically happen.
