So so pleased with the service at the Spa Medica in Sittingbourne. Was seen quickly after referral, everything explained carefully and the op done within 4 weeks from the optician's referral. I was out if the clinic with 1.5 hours on the operation day and improved vision straight away. Couldn't be happier.

Every member of staff from reception right through the process of removing a cataract. The staff are jolly, welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble

I was offered an appointment in April at the spamedica in sittingbourne. At every set of the appointment which is 3 hours long I was met with friendly staff. The communication was clear and comforting. From reception to tea service and everyone in between i was treated with respect and you could hear laughter all around. People were put at ease. Everything was very clean and the complimentary refreshments very helpful to a type 1 diabetic. I had to have the surgery at the Wokingham site and again was met with a clean and professional treatment centre. Kind and considerate staff. Everything was explained and at no point was I worried about being cared for. I returned a month after surgery to the sittingbourne site and again was very impressed with everyone I came into contact with. I would highly recommend Spamedica and was very thankful to have this treatment on the NHS as my sight has been restored to me.

Extremely impressed with the service kindness and helpfulness from all members of staff. The whole process was quick and performed in a very professional manor. Would recommend this hospital and staff to anyone who has an eye problem.

The clinic was efficient and professional. All staff are courteous and the surgeons were excellent. The first eye took 17 mins, the second 10 mins! My eyes recovered very quickly after the surgery and I am amazed at how well I can now see.

I have now had both eyes operated on, and was extremely impressed with the facility. Staff all friendly and helpful, and the free tea and biscuits much appreciated. Overall a very efficiently run practice. Well done SpaMedica Sittingbourne.

I have had both eyes operated on at this clinic, with perfect results, and no discomfort and no complications. All the staff were incredibly helpful, reassuring, supporting and considerate. I cannot imagine better care. Like many people I was quite anxious beforehand. But the positive and professional attitude of the clinic staff soon put me at my ease. I was kept well-informed at all times, and their cheerfulness helped to relax me. I cannot praise them too highly.

during my treatment i found every one friendly and confidence inspiring, cleanliness was of a high standard and all concerned were informative and welcomed questions. Had a nice way of making one feel important and did not talk down to you
