I had cataract surgery on both eyes.the staff are extremely friendly. They are very streamlined in the service always checking if you need a drink or a biscuit or if they could phone anyone for you and reassuring patience who are nervous. Could not wish for a better practice well done to all the staff. Hope I don’t see you all again but in a nice way.

All of the staff were very nice, kind and efficient and they went out of their way to relieve any anxieties

We attended this practice for our followup appt and found the service absolutely brilliant. They managed to get my mum an appt for the following day which she was extremely pleased about. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating and shewas made to feel completely at ease. The surgery went well, and she was back in reception after an hour and half. Would we recommend this practice, without hesitation. Thankyou so much

A wonderful team of people. I felt immediately at ease, everyone is so friendly and caring. In each treatment room everything is explained really carefully and I was given the opportunity to discuss what was happening and the outcome. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend the practice to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

Amazing service throughout the whole process. Everyone treated me kindly and nothing was too much trouble. Very good in explaining the procedure and in answering any questions. Appointments always kept on time.

So so pleased with the service at the Spa Medica in Sittingbourne. Was seen quickly after referral, everything explained carefully and the op done within 4 weeks from the optician's referral. I was out if the clinic with 1.5 hours on the operation day and improved vision straight away. Couldn't be happier.

Every member of staff from reception right through the process of removing a cataract. The staff are jolly, welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble
