The spamedica centre was spotlessly clean. The receptionist, cleaner and medical staff were very friendly . My elderly Father had both his cataracts done. On the first date he was extremely anxious and the medical staff were so patient and understanding. Both of his procedures went well and the aftercare was great. He can not thank them enough.

First class experience with kind, helpful and professional Reception staff. On the occasion of my left side cataract surgery was not in the least as scary as I was expecting. The surgeon was delicate and the whole procedure was quite comfortable. I was able to stay relaxed throughout. This surgery took place on 16th January. The recovery time was as expected, with only minor discomfort. Unfortunately it was not repeated when the right eye operation took place, on 21st February 2024. The whole experience was as expected except that, on this occasion, this surgeon was rather more heavy handed than I had encountered previously .This procedure was extremely uncomfortable. The recovery was not so relaxing as before.

Throughout my time in contact and at the practice, I felt comfortable and well informed. Nothing felt to much trouble for any member of staff.

Great experience for my father who underwent a cataract operation. All the staff were courteous and caring from the surgeon to the lady who always made sure we had drinks and biscuits whilst waiting. Everyone made us feel at ease. The after care was also excellent.

The whole experience from arrival to departure was nothing short of excellent. All staff treated with upmost kindness making the feel at ease.

This has to be the best eye pratice any where in Great Britain. What a great service. Their care with every patient was fantastic and made you feel so relaxed. The treatment went so well and i have no complaints. I hounestly would highly recomend this place above all others. Keith Rogers

Very good service,although initial checks were overlong as had to wait several times between different staff, because of volume of patients. Made big fuss about possible latex allergy, because I once had a problem at dentist which may have not been related to latex, in any event no latex on site! Could have done with a bit of a tutorial on putting in eye drops as I had my other eye done approx 5 years ago & could not remember how to do this, the leaflets supplied helped. I don't know if it's better to do some of the post op instructions before the operation because it's a lot to take in when you've just had your eyeball cut open.

I had my second cataract surgery at Spa Medica Sittingbourne recently. Thus is a fantastic setting, which I have already recommended to a colleague. The staff are kind, professional, and really put you at ease by answering all your questions about the eye surgery. The setting is so clean and tidy throughout, it is a very impressive system. Thank you to all the staff there for guiding me through my double surgery.
